3. Data Sharing with Third-Party AI Providers
Any AI Studio is a gateway to AI models operated by other companies. To generate a response, we send the input you provide to the provider of the model you choose. This is essential to the Service and happens only when you send a message or start a generation.
What we send: your prompts and messages, and any images, files, or voice recordings you attach to a request.
Who receives it: the AI model provider behind the model you select — including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, xAI, Alibaba, Moonshot, Z.AI, and MiniMax, among others — and, only when you use the relevant feature, providers that power web search, voice transcription, and image/video generation.
Each provider processes your input under its own privacy policy, solely to produce the response you requested. We send only what is needed to fulfil your request, transmit it over encrypted connections, and enable no-retention or zero-training options with every provider that supports them (including OpenAI and Anthropic). We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data Retention
Your conversations and account data are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your conversations at any time.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication. Analytics cookies (PostHog) are only enabled with your consent.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Delete your account and queue associated stored media for permanent deletion
- Opt out of analytics tracking
- Export your conversation data

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication (Clerk), and access controls.
